Last week, I was asked to photograph Bronwyn, a Somerville restaurant that opened last year, for Tasting Table. Tim Wiechmann's other restaurant, TW Food, is one of my favorites, so this was on my list of places to check out. The food looked wonderful and I was impressed by their extensive beer selection (I'm going to have to get the name of the beer I photographed because it was fantastic, and, while I like beer, I'm usually not one to go crazy over it). Here are some of the dishes that are featured: a parsnip soup, their (enormous) pretzel, spatzle, and bratwurst. The decor is really fun as well and it was a lot of fun using their rustic tables as a backdrop.
